James Donaldson appoints HR director

James Donaldson & Sons Ltd has appointed Rowena McBlane as director for human resources.

Ms McBlane has worked in HR for most of her career and for the past three-and-a-half years she was group HR manager for one of Donaldson’s largest suppliers, BSW Timber Ltd.

Prior to BSW, she worked for North Lanarkshire Council and spent 10 years in the security industry in London.

She is a chartered fellow of CIPD and is trained in occupational/psychometric testing.
