JELD-WEN appoints customer services director

JELD-WEN has appointed Martin Spencer to the new role of customer services director.

Mr Spencer will be responsible for enhancing JELD-WEN's customer service function across its doors and windows business. He will manage the Sheffield and Melton Mowbray customer service teams, and have responsibility for estimating, sales order processing, customer liaison and after sales/remedial requirements.

He was previously with Tarmac where, for the past nine years he was a regional manager with responsibility for customer services.
