JJI-Joists feature in Housebuilder Awards wins
23 November 2012JJI-Joists were used by the winners of two categories in the Housebuilder Awards 2012.
The i-joists and BJ Beam (glulam), produced by James Jones & Sons’ timber systems division, are used in Roofspace Solutions’s I-Roof - manufactured by National Hickman - which was joint winner in the best product category.
The winner of the best regeneration project was Linden, for Kingston Mills in Wiltshire, which used JJI-Joists in new floor schemes.
James Jones has recently launched two major developments in its JJI-Joist portfolio – a preservative-treated JJI suitable for NHBC hazard class applications; and deeper, slimmer JJIs for use in highly insulated roof and wall systems.
