Lavers in B&Q partnership

Arnold Laver has teamed up with B&Q Trade to offer builders a direct-to-site delivery service for timber and wood-based products, such as roof trusses and engineered flooring.

The new service will be available from all 13 Lavers branches across the UK.

“These are the type of products not normally associated with B&Q,” said Chris Stones, manager at Lavers’ Hebburn depot. “However, the DIY chain is able to fill this gap in the market by utilising expert suppliers such as Arnold Laver.

“This will not only raise the profile of Arnold Laver to the trade, but also help B&Q to offer a complete package to their customers.”

The partnership was flagged up at Lavers’ attendance at the B&Q Trade Roadshow series, a 10-day event which attracted more than 4,000 trade customers.
