Medite Tricoya product manager appointed

Coillte Panel Products has appointed Peter Clifton as product manager for Medite Tricoya.

Mr Clifton will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Medite Tricoya to the Irish, UK and Dutch markets, introducing it to market sectors where a wood-based panel product would not have previously been considered.

He previously worked as the field sales manager (GB) for Coillte Panel Products and prior to that for SmartPly Europe.

Medite Tricoya, which is MDF made from acetylated fibre to produce a dimensionally stable and biologically durable board, was launched at Timber Expo earlier this month.
