New chief people officer for Donaldson Group

Ms Richardson brings a wealth of experience to the role, joining Donaldson Group from National Oilwell Varco where she worked in several senior HR roles, including most recently as senior director, global talent acquisition. Ms Richardson also has a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD) with Distinction from Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University and is a Chartered Fellow with the CIPD (FCIPD).
