North-west TTBS supporters tackle cycle challenge
25 March 2014A group of TTBS supporters in the north-west region are cycling the breadth of Britain to raise funds for the charity.
Mick Stephens, Howard Dodd, Greg Mercer, Les Rowlands and Chris Noble from EA Stephens, MDL Timber and PEC Packaging are taking on the 145-mile Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge from Whitehaven on the north-west coast to Tynemouth Harbour on the north-east coast. Their attempt will take place over the first May Bank Holiday weekend and covers an undulating route on road, cycle paths and disused railway lines across the UK.
