Obituary – Dennis Johnson

Former Arnold Laver employee, Dennis Johnson, died on November 6 after a lengthy illness. He was 79.

Arnold Laver said that Mr Johnson leaves behind a legacy of dedication, hard work, and positive contributions to the company.

Mr Johnson worked at Arnold Laver for 45 years, before he retired in December 2005. Throughout his employment he was hardworking and loyal. He also exhibited great professionalism and his leadership, and commitment to excellence, left a lasting impact on both colleagues and the company as a whole.

Mr Johnson started work with Arnold Laver in July 1960, and was employed in the wallboard shed as an operative, managing stock and fulfilling customer orders. Over time he progressed through the ranks, rising into a management role before eventually being promoted to branch director.

Arnold Laver extends its deepest condolences to Mr Johnson’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
