German panel manufacturer Pfleiderer AG says it has received accusations and hearing dates from the German Federal Antitrust Authority as part of an investigation into possible violations of antitrust law.

A year ago, offices of Pfleiderer, its subsidiaries and competitors were raided by federal officers as part of the investigation.

“Pfleiderer AG is examining the accusations and will state its position to the Federal Antitrust Authority,” the company said in a statement yesterday.

“Due to the pending investigations, the company is unable to disclose any further detail.”
