ProForest gets set for summer training

ProForest, the organisation that co-ordinates the government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber procurement (CPET), has opened registration for its summer training programme.

The programme, which runs in Oxford from July 13-17, provides a range of course options dealing with current issues for those involved in sustainable management, certification of forests, implementing responsible purchasing policies for timber or biofuels. There are eight courses, varying in length from one to three days.
