SCA bolsters Swedish timber product distribution

BM Scandinavia, SCA Timber’s units for supplying timber products to the Scandinavian building materials trade, has set up a new distribution platform in Sundsvall.

The platform, serving the Swedish market, is located adjacent to the Tunadal sawmill, giving SCA Timber optimal conditions for distribution.

“It feels good to have a strong market drive beside Tunadal as we gradually expand production,” said Ville Huittinen, Tunadal sawmill manager.

BM Scandinavia’s business also includes distribution centres in Stugun for supplies to the Norwegian market, as well as a production unit at Wilhelmina sawmill.
