SCA chooses six of the best

SCA Timber Supply Ltd has made several senior appointments over the summer.

Neil Jones has joined the company as operations director, bringing with him expertise from senior operational roles at both Wolseley and Saint-Gobain.

Simon Price has joined as senior operations project resource. He was previously involved in business logistics management at SCA's hygiene products operations in Manchester.

Neil Morris, who has many years' expertise across joinery manufacturing, has taken over SCA's industrial component sales from Simon Thurman, who is now SCA's key account manager for the Wickes account.

Barry Day, formerly with another large softwood importer, has joined SCA as purchasing and QA manager, while Lynsey Biddle has joined the company as HR manager.

Amy Sellers, who is from a joinery background, has been appointed to the new role of marketing executive.
