Setra on TV

9 May 2008

Swedish timber giant Setra features on the BB2 tv series The Trees That Made Britain this evening, May 9, at 7.30pm.

According to the company, which has a UK sales operation, the programme makers wanted to see the whole timber process from harvesting, through the mill, to the end product, including the use of Setra material in engineered wood products.

They also were also interested in the use of timber co-products to generate heat and power.

Filming took place at the company’s Heby mill near Västerås in southern Sweden.
