Timber Expo sets date for launch event

The official launch event for Timber Expo is to take place on September 29 in Coventry.

Potential exhibitors will have an opportunity to hear from event organiser TRADA Technology, which is launching Timber Expo as an expansion of its successful former In Touch with Timber conference.

They will also be able to tour the exhibition halls and facilities at the Ricoh Arena, where the event is being held on September 27-28 next year.

“The launch initiative will permit companies to make a clear and informed judgement on their participation in the event,” said Rupert Scott, TRADA membership and marketing manager.

“By attending the launch at the venue, potential exhibitors will have the opportunity to tour the facilities and exhibition halls, to express opinions and engage in content discussions, while we will be able to brief them on how to get the best our of the show,” he said.

The three-hour launch will include the unveiling of the “figurehead” for the show, along with a number of key themes, features and conference content.

Launch event delegates will be able to claim early-bird booking rates.

Timber Expo is expected to feature about 100 exhibitors and will include a comprehensive conference programme.
