Tricoya chosen for Kangaroo sculpture
22 November 2012Medite Tricoya MDF has been used in an outdoor Kangaroo-shaped sculpture in the Netherlands.
The 6m-high sculpture, produced by Fiction Factory, has been installed at the Vrouw Moeder Kind Centrum, a health centre for mothers and newborn babies.
“With machining flexibility as per normal MDF, Medite Tricoya offered them complete design freedom and enabled them to create a unique 111-piece sculpture with additional weather-resistant charateristics,” said Peter Clifton, Medite Tricyoya product manager at Coillte Panel Products.
