TTJ launches Ecobuild award
25 January 2010TTJ, in conjunction with sister title Timber & Sustainable Building, is launching a new award for the best promotion of timber and wood products at the Ecobuild show.
The award will be judged at the event by Camilla Hair of SCA Timber Supply, Keith Fryer of T Brewer & Co Ltd and Peter Travis of marketing consultant +travis.
"Ecobuild has become the biggest exhibition for the UK construction sector and, thanks to its emphasis on sustainability, timber and wood products and timber-based construction systems have become a key focus of the show," said TTJ editor Mike Jeffree.
"It's a great shop window for the timber sector to highlight its environmental credentials and our Award aims to recognise the exhibitor which make the best use of that opportunity."
Ecobuild takes place at Earls Court, London from March 2-4.
