TTJ Trainee of the Year 2004 – Entry Form
29 April 2004The search is on for the TTJ Trainee of the Year 2004.
The entries for the award will be judged by an independent panel and the winner and runners up will be announced at the TTJ Awards 2004 ceremony at the Savoy Hotel on September 9.
The TTJ Trainee of the Year entry form has already been mailed out with two editions of TTJ magazine and will also be sent out with an edition over the summer.
It is also attached below in pdf format and as a word document for you to print or download.
