Turning to retirement

David Turner, joinery products manager at Arnold Laver Timber World's Reading branch, is due to retire on the last working day of 2011, December 23.

Having spent his whole career in the trade, Mr Turner has been with the company since the opening of Reading branch some 14 years ago and has been instrumental in establishing a strong presence in the joinery sector in the area.

At his final Group joinery meeting he was presented with an engraved pocket watch by his colleagues.
