UK Forest Market Report 2022 set to launch

Now in its 24th year of publication, this detailed review of UK forestry investment activity examines completed sales of commercial forestry properties over 20 hectares and mixed woodlands over 10 hectares as well as the opportunities for planting land, over the last 12 months.

The report is produced by Tilhill – the UK’s leading woodland creation, forest management and timber harvesting company – and specialist forestry firm Goldcrest Land & Forestry Group.

The report will be launched at the ‘Timber: The Climate Commodity?’ event held in at the WWT London Wetland Centre and livestreamed on November 22 and at The Signet Library in Edinburgh on November 23 with sessions that will also compare commercial forestry investment to the performance of other asset classes, the drive for sustainability within the context of changing land use and the market for timber.
