UPM re-elects chairman
23 April 2014Björn Wahlroos has been re-elected as chairman and Berndt Brunow as deputy chairman of UPM-Kymmene.
The board of directors' committees have also been elected.
Piia-Noora Kauppi is chairman of the audit committee, and Wendy Lane and Kim Wahl are committee members.
Berndt Brunow is chairman of the remuneration committee, and Matti Alahuhta and Veli-Matti Reinikkala as committee members.
Björn Wahlroos is chairman of the nomination and governance committee and is joined by members Alahuhta and Ari Puheloinen.
