UPM succeeds in renting out space at Kajaani

Four companies have signed rental agreements to be located at UPM’s Kajaani mill site.

The news means UPM’s business park at Kajaani will see 75-130 more stafff working on the site,

The companies moving onto the site include Empower Oy, an energy and telecom service provider, Sillman Digital Oy, which specialises in documentation of built-up environment, wood handling firm EkoPine Oy and demolition contractor Sotkamon Erikoispuhdistus Oy.

UPM had earlier signed an agreement with technology planning company Protacon for 10-20 of the latter’s staff to move to the business park.
