Wally Shaw retires

Wally Shaw, sales and marketing director of Covers Timber Structures Ltd, and one of the truss industry’s best-known characters, is to retire at Christmas.

Mr Shaw, who has worked for Covers for 31 years, has championed the cause of timber engineering throughout his career.
