TTJ teams up with UK Construction Week

TTJ has signed as official media partner to Timber Expo, which is now part of the inaugural UK Construction Week.

Held at Birmingham NEC from October 6-11, UK Construction Week will cover the full spectrum of the building environment, bringing together nine shows, 1,000 exhibitors and an estimated 55,000 visitors under one roof. Timber Expo, on October 6-8, joined the fold when it was acquired recently by UK Construction Week backers Media 10.

TTJ will be reporting on the build up to the show, bringing readers regular updates on the latest exhibitors and all the news from the programme of discussions, debates, CPDs and live demonstrations. Exhibitors already on board include BM TRADA, Coillte Panel Products, British Gypsum, Vandecasteele Houtimport, Wiehag Construction, Crown Timber and Hanson Plywood.

Timber Expo last year was widely acclaimed as the most successful in the event’s four-year history, with more than 6,000 visitors – up 30% on the previous year.

TTJ will also feature a special show preview in the September issue; giving readers the lowdown on what they can expect to see at the event, so that they can plan their visit and get the most out of attending.
