XL Joinery sponsors youth football
15 October 2019XL Joinery has shown its support for Essex-based football club, Risden Wood Youth FC, with a generous donation of £1,000.
The donation will go towards sponsoring the Under 16’s Warriors team for the upcoming 2019 - 2020 season. The money will provide a full new home strip and waterproof jacket for the 17 players in the squad.
There is a strong XL Joinery connection to the club as the son of the company’s area sales manager, Simon Lee, currently plays for The Warriors.
“We are always looking for new ways in which we can offer our support and Simon’s connection to the team seemed like a natural fit. We look forward to seeing the team progress over the season,” said Charlie Sykes, marketing co-ordinator at XL Joinery.
