The enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is a full resource system with manufacturing and has been upgraded to version 10 with many enhancements, including social media and mobile enhancements.
BisTrack, the trading software, was acquired by Epicor in 2013 to widen its portfolio and BisTrack users, who number more than 120, were well represented.
Steve Winder, regional vice-president for Epicor in the UK and Ireland, said the company was impressed with customer turnout.
"And what impressed us was hearing about the ways timber customers embrace and use the features of BisTrack," he said. "Features often wrongly associated with enterprise-size customers, such as key performance indicators dashboards and anywhere access through mobile devices, are being used now in the industry and reaping real benefits for customers embracing them."
