AHEC‘s stand will feature 14 internationally acclaimed architectural projects which have used American hardwood products. Twelve of them are described in more detail within the publication, which will be available to all stand visitors.
Projects in Hardwood References include the new opera house in Copenhagen, the Vacheron Constantin HQ in Geneva and Rafael Moneo’s Navarra Archives in Spain. Species featured included red and white oak, black cherry, hard maple, tulipwood and black walnut.
Hand samples of woods will also be available on the stand during the September 21-24 show.
