Willie Bernard has been appointed as timber operations manager at Rosewood Packaging’s new timber packaging manufacturing site. The unit is located adjacent to Rosewood’s corrugated conversion unit in Cumbernauld, north east of Glasgow.
Mr Bernard has more than 26 years’ experience in the packaging industry, which includes his family’s company A&W Bernard Ltd in Coleburn, Lanarkshire. He is responsible for stock control, production and quality control and he has already undertaken a key role in helping Rosewood to secure a licence to supply ISPM 15 compliant timber packaging from the new site.
Meanwhile, Forbes Webster, who has over 25 years of experience in industrial packaging and was appointed as group business development manager last year, will assist the growth and development of timber packaging sales throughout Scotland.
