Bradford and Sons Ltd has continued on the acquisition path by acquiring Totem Timber’s St Austell site in a move which strengthens its position in Cornwall.
Bradford’s acquisition of Totem Timber (St Austell) Ltd on May 1 follows soon after its purchase of WJ Handrahan & Sons Ltd which strengthened the group’s Snows Timber business.
The Totem deal does not include the company’s business in Cattedown, Plymouth.
Totem’s product mix includes timber, sheet materials, worktops, doors, decking and fencing.
