Fire destroyed around 30,000m3 of raw timber at Canfor‘s Grande Prairie sawmill.
Two log decks, each about 12m high, 182m long and 27m wide, were destroyed in the blaze.
The burned wood represented between one and two weeks worth of work at the mill.
