Three former senior executives of DIY retailer Wickes accused of fraud have walked free after a 10-month trial.
Former Wickes chairman and chief executive Henry Sweetbaum and past senior executives Trefor Llewellyn and Terence Carson were found not guilty on all the charges which involved fraudulent trading and making false statements to auditors.
Leslie Rosenthal, the former buying director for Wickes Building Supplies, was discharged for legal reasons last month.
