The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) has developed new pages for its website to boost service and information levels to certificate holders.
The website, www.fsc-info.org, now offers more online support in the certificate holder resource centre, where in addition to frequently asked questions, certificate holders will find news and updates related to the certificate database, online brand packs and a labelling tool.
FSC said the new tools would help certificate holders save time and the FSC certificate holder database would increase communication on technical issues.
