Gill & Robinson completes purchase of Rowlinson Timber assets
3 April 2023Gill & Robinson Ltd has completed the purchase of the assets of UK timber importer Rowlinson Timber from the Rowlinson Group.
The completion took place on March 31 and follows an earlier announcement about the acquisition agreement in February.
As part of the deal, Gill & Robinson (part of the Kullik Group), has taken over the treatment facility and will continue to supply the Rowlinson customers through the existing operations from the Port of Sheerness, Kent.
The new business will work closely with the current Goole operation and trade under the name Kullik Timber. Richard Smith, Lee Patterson and Fiona Gerrard have transferred over to the new business.
