A need for more space has prompted hardwood flooring supplier Junckers Ltd to relocate its Essex warehouse and offices.
The company has earmarked a greenfield site in Witham, where it has been based for 20 years, but still requires planning permission. A move is not expected until next year.
Managing director John Woolmore says the move will enable an expansion of the business plus more jobs.
