National Timber Systems (NTS) reports record demand for its NTSROOF panelised roof system.
The system, which also includes the NTSROOM integrated floor and roof solution, beats its previous record by over 10%, increasing yearly growth by 30%, setting a new benchmark for delivery performance, whilst also maintaining similarly high volumes throughout September.
The milestone, says NTS, reflects the growing momentum behind NTSROOF, which enables housebuilders to build homes faster, reduce onsite labour, and reduce the cost of build.
Earlier this year, NTS achieved BBA third-party certification (Agrément Certificate No: 25/7437 Product Sheet 1 & 2), giving builders and developers added assurance of NTSROOF’s performance and compliance.
The certification covers the full NTSROOF suite of products, including the original NTSROOF system, the NTSROOM integrated floor and roof solution and the SUPER-SPAN roof system, which offers spans of up to 10.2 metres without the need for steel or timber purlins—ideal for large detached houses or dormer bungalows.
“These past two months represent a key milestone for NTSROOF, and indeed for National Timber Systems as a whole,” said Nick Kershaw, Managing Director. “Our teams have worked tirelessly—and the strength of demand shows that builders and developers are increasingly recognising the value of off-site engineered solutions. The BBA certification adds an extra layer of assurance for our customers. Moving forward, we remain focused on innovation, quality, and helping our customers deliver homes safely, on budget, and ahead of schedule.”
