The LHC said its New Homes framework arrangement will be available in eight lots across the UK, reflecting expected social housing building volumes. It is in two parts: volumetric build and panellised systems.
LHC said it was seeking companies involved in the design, manufacture, supply and erecting offsite building systems.
A spokesperson said it wanted to attract companies who could offer social landlords high quality options for quick and efficient housing construction.
