Privately-owned Shearns, which has a £1m annual turnover, becomes Sydenhams‘ 15th branch.
“This acquisition will complement our existing business at nearby Warminster, and continues the expansion plans of the company,” said Charles Sherborne, Sydenhams’ joint managing director.
