The newly-expanded and redesigned Directory of British Woodworking Federation (BWF) Accredited Timber Window Manufacturers & Suppliers shows a current producer membership of 12. Between them, the companies account for more than 50% of the timber window market.
The directory, which also gives details of 15 window material suppliers, includes a new section listing four approved BWF accredited timber window suppliers and installers, who service the domestic replacement and new-build markets.
This addition means the scheme offers the complete supply package, enabling timber windows to compete on a level playing field with other materials.
