The Timber Works pavilion will not be run at Ecobuild next year, show organisers have confirmed.
Organiser UBM said the majority of the 18 exhibitors who took part in The Timber Trade Federation-sponsored pavilion last year had decided to take their own, larger stand at Ecobuild 2012.
“Both the exhibitors and the Ecobuild organisers decided that their products would be best represented with their own, larger stand,” said a spokesperson.
Timber Works comprised several small stands arranged around a café area.
However, a section of the show floorplan for next year’s show at ExCeL is dedicated to timber, with companies located in the south hall between entrance S4 and S5.
There will also be an attraction called Timber Focus.
Ecobuild will be held on March 20-22.
