The evening at the Bristol Royal Marriott, sponsored by Koppers Performance Chemicals, was John Huckman’s last as secretary as he is retiring from his longstanding role at the age of 80.
Timber Trade Federation president Charles Hopping and WTTA chairman Tony Shelton gave speeches, while entertainment was provided by Jamie Sutherland.
About 190 people attended the event.
