wood for good has added four new modules to its RIBA accredited Online Learning website www.timberacademy.co.uk , bringing the total number of specialist timber information modules to seventeen.
Two of the new modules, wooden windows and wooden doors, were developed in co-operation with the British Woodworking Federation and give architects and specifiers an overview of the high manufacturing standards of this sector and explain the ways in which they can meet government requirements.
Also available are merchants modules parts 1 & 2, which form a practical directory of information for sales staff in builders and timber merchants covering issues including sustainability, pricing and product variety.
