Arnold Laver trebles production capacity

Production capacity is due to treble in the fabricaton department at Arnold Laver Timber World's Leeds depot with the installation of a £150,000 computer controlled Homag edge bander.

The machine, which uses a PU adhesive, can edge veneered, laminated, PVC and hardwood lippings on to most product surfaces.

A pre-milling unit, grooving attachment and a profiling unit are also features of the machine.
