Pfleiderer targets Kunz
15 February 2005Pfleiderer AG has signed a letter of intent with Kunz Holding GmbH & Co KG outlining its possible purchase of the company.
Kunz, which has annual sales of €650m, supplies particleboard and fibreboard to the furniture industry in Europe and North America.
Pfleiderer is a leading supplier of engineered woods, surface finished panels and rail sleeper technology.
