Dr Dominika Bienkowska has been appointed chairman of the board and Paul Taylor has been made commercial director.
Dr Bienkowska has a background in business management and product development. She will steer the latter to introduce a number of trendsetting designs for spring 2019, and will improve existing synergies between Grange and its parent company Stelmet.
Mr Taylor will maintain his responsibility for sales and marketing as well as having a wider brief covering operations.
