He was presented with his degree by the school’s chancellor, Sir John Madejeski.
Mr Hodge started his degree in October 2008, studying on a flexible learning basis and fitting more than 1, 800 hours of study around his working and family life.
The degree covered a range of modern business disciplines and Mr Hodge’s dissertation was on corporate personality alignment in the UK timber industry.
