Alsford Timber’s management trainees are rising to a challenge to raise £20,000 for Demelza Hospice Care for Children over the course of 2012.
The company’s trainees and employees will be entering and hosting various events and challenges to help reach the target.
So far, some women in the team have entered East Grinstead’s Try a Triathlon on May 13. Each person will complete a 250m swim followed by an 11km bike ride and a 2.5km run.
On May 26, a team from the company’s head office will scale 3,560ft to the peak of Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales. They will follow the 7.5k Llanberis Path.
