The importer and distributor also scooped the Softwood Trader: Importer of the Year category at the event, which took place last Friday (September 15) at the Hilton London Bankside.

This year the TTJ Awards was also celebrating the 150th anniversary of TTJ, having started in May, 1873.

About 300 people from across the timber industries, including representatives from Sweden, Ireland, Germany and France attended the annual event, which rewards excellence in the timber product industries, recognising companies in the sawmilling, importing, merchanting, joinery manufacturing and structural timber systems sectors.

Host and guest speaker Hal Cruttenden entertained guests and afterwards post-awards drinks were held in The Distillery Bar at the hotel.
