Truss Solutions Ltd acquired by Wyckham Blackwell & Keystone Group
5 January 2024Wyckham Blackwell and The Keystone Group have announced the acquisition of Cornwall-based Truss Solutions Ltd.
Truss Solutions, based in Indian Queens, specialises in the design & manufacture of metal web floor joists & trussed rafters, supplying to private and commercial clients throughout Cornwall and Devon.
It has been part a family run business established in 2010, with the truss business separated in February 2019.
“We will be making significant investments to develop the business which will now integrate with our Crendon Timber Engineering branch network to expand our trading area across Devon and Cornwall,” said Stephen Thompstone, Wyckham Blackwell Group CEO.
“I am sure that we can help to accelerate the many exciting growth opportunities and synergies with our existing businesses,” said Sean Coyle, The Keystone Group chairman.
Luke Powell, Truss Solutions’ commercial & design manager said the company was looking forward to working with the Crendon Team to help it develop and expand its Timber Engineering business “with a real focus on providing excellent service for all of our customers”.
Truss Solutions employed 16 people in the year ended September 30, 2022.
